Features

One app, every model.

No more juggling five apps. EVC brings your models, your code and your automations together.

01

Every model, in one place

Sign in with your Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Moonshot or Meta account, add a Z.ai or DeepSeek key, or use OpenCode without an account. MTPLX runs models right on your Mac.

  • Switch models mid-conversation
  • Sign in with an account or an API key
  • MTPLX: local models, no limits

02

An agent that codes with you

EVC reads your project, edits files, runs the tests and commits. Every command, diff and line of reasoning stays visible in the conversation.

  • Tables, diffs and screenshots inline
  • A task list tracked live
  • Git branch and changes always in view

03

Several sessions side by side

Open up to three sessions as columns, each with its own project and model. Claude fixes the front end while GPT sorts out the API and Grok debugs the iOS app.

  • Drag a session to open a column
  • Each column keeps its own model
  • Resizable columns

Routines that run without you

Schedule a recurring task: EVC runs it on time, on the project and model you picked, then flags what needs your attention.

  • Simple schedules or cron expressions
  • Every run sorted: nothing to do, acted, needs attention
  • Run it by hand anytime
Routine details: schedule, prompt and run history
05

A memory that knows you

EVC remembers your preferences and the useful facts of each project, from one session to the next. You stay in control: every memory can be read, edited or deleted.

  • Global and per-project memory
  • A review queue for proposed memories
  • Plain Markdown files

  • 16 ready-made commands
  • Per-project activation in one click
  • Rules in the AGENTS.md format

iPhone & iPad

Your agents do the work. You drive from your iPhone.

Start a session from the couch, approve an action on the train, review the result on iPad. EVC runs on your machine, whether a Mac, a Windows PC or a Linux server; the phone is just the remote.

  • QR code pairing

Scan the QR code EVC shows and you're connected.

  • Encrypted connection

Away from home, your iPhone reaches EVC through Tailscale.

  • Notifications

EVC lets you know when a session finishes or waits for your approval.

  • Widget

Your sessions' status on the home screen.

And more

The details that matter.

Voice dictation

Talk instead of typing: Whisper transcribes right on your machine.

Worktrees

Start a session in a git worktree to run several tasks in parallel.

Rewind

Go back to an earlier message, and restore the files too if you want.

Computer use

With your permission, the agent sees the screen, clicks and types to test your app.

Sub-agents

A big task gets split across several agents working in parallel.

GitHub

Start a session from an issue and switch branches without leaving EVC.

Search and export

Search a conversation and export it as Markdown, tool calls included.

Menu bar

New session, pairing and engine restart from the Mac menu bar.

Command line

The engine also runs headless, on Mac, Windows or Linux.

Your code stays with you.

EVC runs on your machine. Your conversations go straight to the provider you picked, or nowhere with MTPLX.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an LLM?

A “large language model”: the intelligence behind ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. EVC lets you use all of them in one app.

Which models can I use?

Those from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), xAI (Grok), Moonshot (Kimi), Z.ai (GLM), DeepSeek and Meta, OpenCode's free models, and the ones MTPLX runs on your Mac.

Does my data stay private?

With MTPLX, nothing leaves your machine. With an online model (Claude, GPT…), your messages go to that provider, just like in its official app. EVC never stores your conversations on our servers. It only sends technical and usage statistics, with no content at all (details on the Privacy page).

Do I have to pay every provider?

You use your own accounts or keys. MTPLX is free, you just need a powerful enough Mac.

How do I use EVC from my iPhone?

Install the iPhone app and scan the QR code EVC shows on your machine, whether it's a Mac, a PC or a server. At home it goes over your network; elsewhere, through Tailscale, which encrypts the connection.

Why an invite?

EVC is in private beta. The invite code activates your copy of the app on your machine.

Does it work on Windows or Linux?

Yes. Windows has its own app. On Linux, EVC installs from the command line and you drive it from your iPhone, iPad or the Mac app.

All your LLMs. One app.

Keep your invite at hand: it unlocks the download.
